Impressive and Useful
I also own iFitness, which I find has a more comprehensive list of exercises presently available, but when it comes time to actually hit the gym and have one app open, its iStayFit that remains own for my tracking of my progress. Its very easy to either follow their workout routines, or to create new ones. Im in rehabilitation mode, so I created a very simple upper and lower body routine. Theres no fancy graphing after workouts which is a bit disappointing, but its extremely easy to enter data and get some feeling for the progress youre making. With a bit more coaching built in, this would be a 5-star app.
